The first thing we did when we began working with this client was to discuss who their target market was going to be. We learned the target market was going to be families and we wanted the website presentation to communicate that they could trust the client with one of the most complex jobs that can be done in a home.
Plumping Jack is not just a plumbing company, it is a promise of a service that will be done to the utmost satisfaction of the customer. The goal was to communicate this and help the client form their promise in a website. This was accomplished.

Navigable Presentation
The website was designed to provide information immediately upon opening the webpage. From the form on the top right-hand corner to the availability of the phone number in an intuitive position, everything has been thought out to help a visitor become a customer.
Branding
Branding is a face, a smiling face, and that is what we wanted to communicate with this website presentation. It is welcoming because people are going to visit it and engage with it, and hopefully decide to do business with the client.
